Well as you can see we are currently in beta testing.

We want to provide you with a simple, easy to use and cost effective online booking system to help you run your business and earn more revenue. To do this we need to get it right and we would appreciate your help in testing the application.

We are in the process of beta testing the first version 1.0 of Open Your Diary which provides the basic online booking tools, email and SMS notifications and a simple customer database. We will be adding additional tools as the site progresses (we’ve finished some of them already) but we need to make sure the core system works perfectly before we start adding the new features.

As the site is still in beta, we are making it available free of charge (just send us a note via the feedback form if you need any more SMS credits) but all that we ask is that you provide us with feedback as to what works and what you’d like us to change.

This is beta software, we have tested it ourselves but it has not been used it the wild yet, so we’d suggest you exercise some caution. If you plan to make this the only route by which you take bookings online, we’d suggest that you wait until the beta testing has been completed and we release the full v1.0 software.
