Claire runs a successful dog training business in Berkshire, with puppy socialisation group classes and one to one home visits.

Claire mainly uses Open Your Diary to take bookings for her puppy socialisation classes which have become very popular. She also runs one to one sessions, but as these are in the evenings, she quickly adjusted the opening hours of her Open Your Diary business to only allow bookings between 18:00 and 21:00.

Claire also runs a puppy party at the local vets once a month, but as space is limited, she has asked the receptionist to drop bookings into the Open Your Dairy page. This also gives Claire an idea of the type of dog she is going to meet, giving her a chance to do a little reading up.

Open Your Diary has given Claire control over her bookings while giving her the time to get on with the training rather being a receptionist.
