Open Your Diary allows you to quickly and easily book appointments with your favourite businesses. To make sure you don’t forget the appointment we’ll send you an email the day before and if they have decided to buy the feature, we’ll send you an SMS text message on the day of your appointment.

Providers

We know that as a small business you want to reach more customers but don’t have the money to invest in expensive IT systems, so we’ve put together an online booking system to allow you to take bookings via the web cheaply and easily.

How does it work?

You log on to the website, enter your opening times and we automatically build a simple website for you. You then link to this from your own website or just add the address to your marketing materials.

Customers then click on the site, see the services you offer and pick an appointment slot. We’ll then send you an email or an SMS* and if you accept the appointment we’ll add it to your diary.

Missed appointments

We know that missed appointments cost you money so to make sure your customers remember a booking, we send them an email reminder the day before, and if you wish, we’ll send them an SMS* on the day.

How much does it cost?

It costs you nothing to put your diary online and to receive booking requests but if you accept a booking, we charge you 49p. Simple really.

This way, you only pay if you have money coming in.

Hidden costs?

There is no minimum contract and no hidden costs. We’ll offer you a few extra services (*such as SMS alerts – 15p) and we’ll need to charge you for these, but we’ll always ask first and let you know how much it’ll cost up front.

Free trial

We know that trying new technologies can be daunting so we’ve tried to make it as simple as possible to get going with just three steps: enter your company details; enter your products and then let people know. We’ve also included a free trial of the core email service but you can also try the SMS alerts if you switch them on in your control panel.
